Welcome to AceAmcX (“App”), a mobile application developed to support International Medical Graduates (IMGs) preparing for a medical career in Australia. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and related services provided by AceAmcX (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using AceAmcX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. User Account
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments

We do not store or process any payment information directly.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

All content provided within the App, including text, graphics, videos, quizzes, and other materials, is owned or licensed by AceAmcX and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. User Content
If you submit or upload any content (e.g., comments, profile photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content in connection with the App. You are solely responsible for your submissions and agree not to upload harmful, illegal, or infringing material.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
- That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- That the content is complete, current, or accurate
- That your learning outcomes or exam results will improve
Use of the App is at your own risk. Educational content is for guidance only and not a substitute for professional advice or training.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceAmcX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any errors or omissions in the App’s content
- Any unauthorized access to your account or data
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms
