What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

By requesting deletion of your AceAmcX account, you agree to permanently remove all personal data associated with your profile, including:

  • Full name and email address
  • Country of residence and occupation
  • Profile photo (if provided)
  • Learning history and progress data
  • Login credentials and authentication tokens
  • Device information and session data
  • Past inquiries or support tickets

This process is irreversible.


What Is Not Retained

We do not keep:

  • Your profile or learning data
  • Session history or app usage logs
  • Diagnostic or analytics identifiers linked to your account

What May Be Retained Temporarily

Some limited data may be retained only for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons, such as:

  • Payment and transaction records (handled by Stripe, Apple, Google)
  • Encrypted system backups containing your data, which are automatically purged within 30 days

How to Confirm Deletion

To protect your privacy, deletion requires email confirmation.

  1. Click the “Request Deletion” button below.
  2. We’ll send a confirmation email to your registered email address.
  3. Click the confirmation link in that email to permanently delete your account.

Until confirmation is received, no data will be deleted.
